Welcome to LisbonWe have at this moment, one flat in the centre of Lisbon for long or short lets.
Is fully furnished, airy and bright and is decorated with renovated pieces of old furniture and some sculptures, paintings and objects.

The flat:

Bright and
airy one bedroom flat with one or two double beds. Fully fitted kitchen,
washing machine and all the necessary equipment to cook, eat and…sleep.

We also
propose guests to see the flat as a Gallery space. The house is decorated with
sculptures and unique furniture that can be bought if so desired.

There is
also a selection of wines, friandises, small handycrafted pieces and other
souvenirs that can be acquired at the
flat thus avoiding the rush of last minute shopping.

And a small
library for the guests. You can pick and bring with you any book as long as you
leave any other in its place.

Prices for
2011/12:
Rental
periods 1-2 persons
3-4 persons

October -
March 60 Euros
85 Euros

April -
September 70 Euros
95 Euros

15 December - 5 January 80 Euros
100 Euros

*Minimum
stay: three (3) days

*Preference
for long stays

*Monthly
rentals may be cheaper depending on situation

*Reservation
fee 150 Euros. This will be refunded in its entirety at check-out, provided
there is no damage to the property.

value of the rent must be paid in cash at check-in.

*For a
better enjoyment of your days and nights and to get to know Lisbon and Portugal
better, we propose a break on TV and the possibility of hiring a guide.
